Harrison Ford states Indiana Jones 5 is last film as the character

As part of the D23 Expo 2022, Harrison Ford stated that Indiana Jones 5 is his last time as the character and showcased footage from the film.

As reported by SlashFilm, the Lucasfilm, Marvel and 20th Century Studios Panel at the D23 Expo featured an update to Indiana Jones 5 with footage shown (but only to attendees) and the cast brought on stage, including Harrison Ford.

“This is it. I will not fall down for you again.” Harrison stated on stage, suggesting that Indiana Jones 5 will be his last film as the adventuring archaeologist.

The footage, though not released online, is described as including a sun glowing over a desert city, a rickshaw chase through the street, Indiana Jones on the top of a train at night, chasing a plane on a motorcycle and riding a horse.

Costumes and concept art that match up with the described footage were also featured at a booth at the D23 Expo 2022.

Rumours and listings suggest that Indiana Jones movies, including the fifth film, will be getting a range of LEGO sets in 2023. These have not yet been officially confirmed by the LEGO Group.
