75361 Spider Tank recreates the mechanical mayhem of Chapter 18, titled The Mines of Mandalore, in which Din Djarin, Grogu and Bo-Katan Kryze tussle with the multi-legged beast deep beneath the planet’s surface. All three of those characters are included in the box, which contains a total of 526 pieces for £46.99 / $49.99 / €52.99.

Din Djarin looks to be the same variant included in 75363 The Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter Microfighter – so with 75331 The Razor Crest’s new helmet print applied to a silver piece, rather than gunmetal grey – while Bo-Katan is an entirely new design, complete with fresh printing and even a dedicated hairpiece to reflect her appearance in The Mandalorian.

Mando’s also equipped with a brand new Darksaber blade element, which finally replaces the standard black 4L blade used in so many previous sets. There’s a lot to get excited about here (even if the set itself is months away from launch), so head over to LEGO.com if you want to secure your copy.

75363 The Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter Microfighter and 75346 Pirate Snub Fighter are also both available to pre-order now, shipping August 1 and May 1 respectively.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
